Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for accessing and using Verdik, including account use, submission-related audit workflows, payments, and general service limitations.
Using Verdik means accepting these terms
By accessing or using Verdik, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the product.
These terms apply to Verdik’s website, product interfaces, audit workflows, and related services made available through the platform.
Your account and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.
You should provide accurate information, keep your login details protected, and use Verdik only in ways that are authorized for your account or workspace.
What Verdik is for
Verdik is designed to help teams review App Store submission materials before release by analyzing screenshots, metadata, listing copy, review context, and related inputs.
Verdik supports decision-making, but it does not guarantee App Store approval, policy compliance, legal sufficiency, or business outcomes. Final submission decisions remain your responsibility.
Content you upload
You retain responsibility for the materials you upload or submit into Verdik workflows, including screenshots, app text, reviewer notes, rejection messages, and other submission-related content.
You should only upload material you have the right to use and only what is necessary for your review workflow. Avoid uploading secrets, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
What you may not do
You may not misuse Verdik, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe or exploit vulnerabilities, upload harmful code, or use the product in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
Verdik may suspend or restrict access if use appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or operationally harmful.
Paid features and billing
Some Verdik features may require payment. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and applicable taxes associated with that purchase.
Billing and payment processing may rely on third-party providers. Verdik does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
Audit results and limitations
Audit outputs, recommendations, flags, and review signals are provided to support your internal review process.
These outputs may not be complete, error-free, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the results generated by the product.
Service changes and uptime
Verdik may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed as the product develops.
Verdik is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Product and intellectual property
Verdik and its product experience, software, branding, design, workflows, and related materials remain the property of Verdik or its licensors.
Using the service does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.
General legal limits
Verdik is intended to support workflow quality, but it should not be treated as a guarantee of approval, compliance, or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdik disclaims broad warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Verdik evolves. When updated, the revised version will be posted on this page.
Continued use of Verdik after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
