When you create or use a Verdik account, basic account details such as your email address may be associated with your workspace.

This information helps authenticate access, connect your audit history to your account, and support billing or account-related communication when necessary.

Audit inputs may include screenshots, metadata, paywall copy, review context, and other content relevant to App Store review analysis.

You should avoid uploading unnecessary personal information, secrets, raw credentials, or sensitive materials that are not needed for the audit workflow.

Verdik may use information you provide to:

generate preview and full audit results, support your account experience, maintain audit history, improve workflow reliability, and respond to support or billing requests.

Audit-related information may be stored so users can reopen results, continue workflows, or retrieve saved analyses later.

Retention practices may evolve as the product matures, but Verdik should aim to keep only what is operationally useful and relevant to the service.

Verdik should limit access to user information to what is necessary for operating the product and supporting the service.

Information should not be exposed publicly as part of normal product use, and access should remain scoped to the relevant account and supporting systems.

You can choose what information to upload into Verdik workflows. Only submit the information that is necessary for your App Review use case.
